The "Orchard" - Nectarine, Plum, and Peach Trees (with a tiny garden along the wall with artichokes, cucumbers, and squash)

The original garden - it's growing! Yah! I moved the blackberry plant here as well as some basil I was trying to grow in a pot - maybe it'll do better here.

Todays project - Flowers! I wish I had taken a before picture because it was all really overgrown.

Decided I really needed some honeysuckle.

And my favorite flower - I can't remember the name of it, but the color is "Pele" :)

Here is my garden - i have blueberries, rubarb, strawberries, a pumpkin vine and sunflowers.
The front yard - I went up to Home Depot today and bought more of the stones arches to finish the side of the house:Look! I put up shelves in the laundry room:

Slightly crooked, sorry. Here's our lovely house in the spring...and our beautiful tree, which while lovely to look at, loves to shed its petals - especially after I spent all morning raking them up.

It is pretty though. Anyone know what kind of tree it is?

My project last week - planting some pretty flowers.

And the next on going project - dealing with the yard.

T'was 2 weeks before Christmas & all through the house

The stockings were hung on the bar with care

In hopes that a chimney would soon be there.

(yes, that is a stocking for my cat. Leave me alone)

Here's the kitchen...See that chair? Yeah, it has no seat. But yah, table! And the crazy alien in the corner.

And our definitely not completed living room. But hey, I have my knitting chair & computer and some of my books on the case so I'm all good. On the right is the gorgeous bar that Chris built...I'll take a more complete picture when we figure out what we're going to do with it.
